Job description
  • Manage complete cycle of software product sales.
  • Lead generation- Research and generate new (focused) leads for identified products and project areas.
  • Lead nurturing and conversion
  • Understand customer requirements, Prepare solutions and Proposals.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Meeting prospective clients as and when needed.
  • Demonstrate product and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Ensure successful closure of all leads by end-to-end coordination.
  • Representing the company in various conferences/meets/trade shows.
  • Achieving the company’s revenue and collection targets.
  • Finding and developing new markets like Europe, USA, Singapore etc. and improving sales.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Building and Managing sales team.
  • Identifying and Managing sales partners.
  • Market research.
  • Competition analysis.
  • Planning and driving new marketing initiatives.
  • Traditional marketing as well as Digital marketing.


Prefer Candidates with ERP/HCM/HRMS sales experience .
