We are looking for a resilient business development executive to join our company. This profile involves initial contact with clients, negotiating contracts, proactive coordination between client and management. The ideal candidate should be positive and confident to build new clients and maintaining existing leads.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generating new leads, qualifying, processing or following up on leads and fixing appointments
• Provide consistent market research and creating competitive edge to the business
• Initiates and participates in new sales pitches along with technical team and subject matter experts
• Maintain communication and follow-up with pipeline leads
• Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently as well
• Client requirement gathering and analysis followed by, RFP/RFQ preparation, sales negotiation and price quote
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
• Making cold calls and email campaigns to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
• Preparation of business support documents such as portfolio and case studies
• Educate and inform client prospects about itTrident’s service offerings
• Cross-sell and up-sell existing customers via telephone and e-mail
• Consistent follow up to achieve quarterly basis sales quotas
• Client leads and account maintenance in CRM database
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to create cohesive, aligned marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on marketing best practices, tools, and trends to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• should be available for travel for Marketing purpose.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be a plus
• Microsoft Office skills/expertise will be preferred
• BE / B.Tech graduates or MBA in Marketing
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Should have a active Passport

1. Candidates must be willing to move to Chennai (if their current location is not in Chennai).

2. Candidates should come and work in our office.

3. Candidates must be immediately or available to join with 15 to 30 days.
