Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and end-to-end sales specifically within the IT services/IT consulting sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels to generate leads, including social media, industry events, Email campaigns, Cold Calling, etc. (With Bidding Portals).
  • Cold calling to potential prospects, showcasing our IT services/consulting offerings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective cold-calling strategies.
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Lead Generation through market research and strategic targeting.
  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Craft compelling email content that highlights the value proposition of our IT services.
  • Analyse email campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in IT services/consulting companies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in business development within the IT services/IT consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, cold calling best practices, and email marketing strategies.
  • A target-driven individual with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • End-to-end sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
