Job Description

You will be responsible for generating business through various channels such as bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing. Additionally, you will be required to research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets. It will be your duty to analyze market trends and provide feedback for changes to market and business development strategies. Managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and maintaining a balance between strategic and tactical issues will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop quotes and proposals - Keep the prospective client database updated - Arrange meetings for senior management with potential clients - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices - Coordinate with the business development manager and Development Teams - Identify new sales leads and pitch services - Utilize strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development - Total work experience of 1 year - Proficiency in English language The company offers a flexible schedule, paid sick time, day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and requires the ability to commute/relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
