Business Development Executive & Tech Specialist

As a Business Development Executive & Tech Specialist at Ivy & Prime, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, onboarding key partners, and supporting technical setup in the MVP phase. Your responsibilities will include partnering, creator, & early user onboarding, telehealth & pharmacy setup, B2B outreach, deal sourcing & partner expansion, community building & network operations, tech support, product feedback & MVP ops, and social commerce growth & early campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and onboard verified early partners such as doctors, creators, sellers, and pharmacies. - Assist partners in setting up their profiles, catalogues, and content on Ivy & Prime. - Create clear MVP onboarding pathways and build outreach templates and partner decks. - Verify and onboard doctors, wellness practitioners, and pharmacies into the Heal Match network. - Manage compliance checks and set up digital prescription workflows for pharmacies. - Reach out to brands, clinics, and wellness providers for partnerships and develop revenue-share models. - Build Ivy & Prime's pilot community and run engaging community activations. - Assist partners in setting up digital storefronts and troubleshoot basic tech issues. - Launch UGC campaigns and coordinate with influencers for content creation. - Track KPIs related to partner onboarding, community activity, and campaign performance. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare onboarding, or tech-enabled operations. - Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, UGC content, and wellness services. - Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, CRMs, Google Workspace, and AI tools. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
