Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR consultancy services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business pitches, and contracts to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or HR consultancy (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
