Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Experience in recruitment domain and market analysis
  • Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Recruitment team) to develop strategies for new client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Track progress against targets set by management.
