Role Overview

Business Development & Success Associate

consultative sales, onboarding, and customer relationship management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple communication channels.
• Understand customer objectives and provide tailored recommendations with clarity and empathy.
• Execute timely follow-ups to convert leads into active, satisfied users.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and help them experience early value from our SaaS platform.
• Provide
