Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Jaleswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include lead generation, outreach to residential and commercial prospects, conducting meetings and presentations, and closing deals. The role also requires market research, identifying new project opportunities, partner development, and supporting the execution of sales strategies.The candidate is preferred to be from Jaleswar, Bhograi, Basta, Baliapal, Baripada, or Baleswar, familiar with the local geography and customer base.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through field visits, local networking, telecalling, and digital outreach.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, builders, contractors, architects, and commercial customers.Present solar solutions, project benefits, subsidy information, and investment returns to customers.Collaborate with the internal operations team for site surveys, proposals, quotation follow-ups, and timely closure.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.Track competitor activities and market trends to develop effective business strategies.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Participate in local promotional activities, exhibitions, and partner development meetings.Maintain customer database, prepare reports, and update CRM regularly.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or high-ticket sales is preferred.Experience in sectors like real estate, automobile, financial services, or renewable energy is a strong advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Confident in presenting products and closing deals independently.Ability to work in the field and travel across assigned territory.Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
