We are looking for a field-oriented Business Development Executive to build strong doctor relationships, generate patient referrals, and increase SALIs brand presence in the assigned geography. Key Responsibilities: Visit 7–10 doctors daily (Gastros, Physicians, Surgeons, GPs) Build referral relationships and generate liver-related patient leads Maintain daily Doctor Profile Forms & geo-tagged visit photos Update weekly doctors database and submit reports Support regional clinics, CMEs, and awareness programs Targets & Incentives: Patient referrals and surgical conversions (Tx & Non-Tx) Incentives paid per Liver Transplant and Liver Resection Candidate Profile: Graduate with up to 1.5years experience in healthcare BD / pharma / hospital marketing Strong communication & field work discipline Willing to travel extensively Compensation: Salary as per experience Attractive incentives + travel allowance
