Job Description

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute

    ABM campaigns

    targeting strategic accounts across US and UK markets.
  • Build a consistent

    pipeline of qualified leads

    through

    email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized calling.

  • Create and manage

    multi-channel outbound campaigns

    using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create

    persona-based messaging

    and content for outreach.
  • Use

    intent data and firmographics

    to prioritize accounts and personalize messaging.
  • Leverage your

    existing CXO/decision-maker database

    to generate quick traction.
  • Run

    LinkedIn campaigns

    (organic & sponsored) and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Qualify, nurture, and hand over high-intent leads to the sales team with detailed intelligence.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Maintain hygiene and rigor in CRM updates and pipeline reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in

    B2B demand generation / inside sales / ABM

    roles targeting

    USA & UK

    .
  • Proven track record in

    generating meetings/leads with CXOs

    (CTO, CIO, CDO, CMO, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho / Outreach / SalesLoft

    .
  • Strong command of

    email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach

    , and follow-up cadences.
  • Experience in running

    personalized, high-converting ABM campaigns

    at scale.
  • Ability to research, segment, and prioritize high-value accounts using intelligence platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a results-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with

    B2B SaaS, Cloud, Data, AI/ML

    , or

    Tech Consulting

    industries.
  • Working knowledge of

    intent data platforms

    (e.g., Bombora, 6sense) is a plus.
  • Experience in

    growth-stage startups or global B2B firms

    preferred.
