Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the AEC sector (infrastructure, real estate, industrial, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Build and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and government agencies.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand requirements and present company offerings.
  • Proposal & Tender Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, project management) to prepare customized proposals, EOIs, RFPs, and tenders.
    • Ensure timely and competitive submission of bids.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor industry trends, client developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless project handovers.
    • Report on sales performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives using CRM tools and weekly dashboards.
