Job Description: - Design and Drafts various HVAC Services. - Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings. - Preparation of Mechnical wall builders work, Roof builders work, below rise floor coordination and sleeve drawings. - Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings connecting all MEP works. - Preparation of chiller plant room plan and sections - Comments compliance, revisions and follow up. - Prepare Quantity Survey, Material Take-Off. - Prepare As-Built drawing, Co-coordinating with site installation. - Report to Project Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager and update with the specification provided in tender drawings.-Prepare detailed HVAC drawings and specifications.Collaborate with engineering teams to gather necessary information.Ensure drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes.Maintain accurate records and documentation of HVAC drafting activities.
Role & responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the AEC sector (infrastructure, real estate, industrial, etc.). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and government agencies. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand requirements and present company offerings. Proposal & Tender Management: Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, project management) to prepare customized proposals, EOIs, RFPs, and tenders. Ensure timely and competitive submission of bids. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, client developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless project handovers. Report on sales performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives using CRM tools and weekly dashboards.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for architectural projects - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design integration - Use Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software for modeling, clash detection, and construction documents - Ensure models meet project standards and quality control checks - Generate 3D visualizations, renderings and presentations - Conduct quantity takeoffs for cost estimation and procurement - Provide technical support and training on BIM software and best practices - Participate in BIM coordination meetings and develop BIM Execution Plans Qualifications: - Degree in Architecture - Strong technical skills in BIM software and workflows - Experience in the Middle East region preferred Requirements: - Minimum 8yrs experience in BIM modeling and coordination - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software - Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION BIM modeler (Mechanical and Electrical) Responsibilities and Skills: To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 1. Good in understanding of 2D & 3D MEP drawings. and Cad to BIM only 2. Good hands on experience in Revit for Cad to BIM 3D modelling (MEP) Parametric families creation up to LOD 500 3. Hands on experience in Navisworks, AutoCAD, 4. Should have a strong and standard approach with all aspects related to building services, including but not limited to plumbing systems, HVAC, Electrical & Fire 5. Experience in creating 3D MEP models with coordination, installation, and shop drawing 6. Should have a strong knowledge of LODs and requirements of various stakeholders in the BIM Industry.
