BIM modeler (Mechanical and Electrical)
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
1. Good in understanding of 2D & 3D MEP drawings. and Cad to BIM only
2. Good hands on experience in Revit for Cad to BIM 3D modelling (MEP)
Parametric families creation up to LOD 500
3. Hands on experience in Navisworks, AutoCAD,
4. Should have a strong and standard approach with all aspects related to building services, including but not limited to plumbing systems, HVAC, Electrical & Fire
5. Experience in creating 3D MEP models with coordination, installation, and shop drawing
