You will be joining Smartcircuits Innovation Pvt. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching schools through cold calls, leads, and contacts. - Meeting with Principals, Directors, and Trustees to showcase STEM solutions. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with schools. - Meeting sales and revenue targets within your assigned region. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum of 13 years of sales/business development experience in the K12/EdTech sector. - MBA/BBA/B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - A passion for education and innovation, with a self-driven and organized approach. - Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a valuable asset.
