Business Development Executive School Partnerships

As a Business Development Executive at Smartcircuits Innovation Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve engaging with schools to promote and implement our STEM-based programs and lab solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of education in India by introducing hands-on learning experiences to K12 schools. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach schools through cold calls, leads, and existing contacts to introduce STEM solutions. - Meet with Principals, Directors, and Trustees to present and discuss the benefits of our lab solutions. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with schools to ensure long-term partnerships. - Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets within your assigned region. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 13 years of sales/business development experience, with a preference for experience in the K12 or EdTech sector. - MBA/BBA/B.Tech or equivalent educational background. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - A passion for education and innovation, coupled with self-motivation and organizational skills. - Proficiency in multiple languages would be an advantage.
