Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through effective inside sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
• Present company products/services to prospective clients and explain value propositions.
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover and client onboarding.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales pitches.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of inside sales / business development experience .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
