What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with companies that have hiring needs across tech & non-tech roles.
• Pitch Abekus’s hiring solutions and onboard client companies.
• Build & maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Act as a trusted consultant by aligning client needs with our services.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Business Development, Recruitment Consulting, or B2B Sales.
• Strong professional network (HR, recruitment, or business leaders).
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently on a commission model.
• Availability to dedicate part-time hours consistently.
