Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Client Acquisition & Engagement
Build strong relationships with prospective customers, understand requirements, and present tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations & Demos
Deliver impactful presentations highlighting product/service value.
Negotiation & Closure
Negotiate terms and pricing and finalize contracts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Account Management:
Maintain client relationships, resolve issues, and upsell and cross-sell services.
Sales Pipeline & CRM
Track opportunities in CRM software, follow up with leads, and ensure timely conversions.
Market Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Reporting & Performance
Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve overall sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in
sales/business development/client acquisition/corporate sales.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to
achieve and exceed sales targets

Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Office, and pipeline management

Knowledge of
