Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients online. Initiate conversations through emails and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline by collecting leads from various sources such as online classifieds, business directories, and networking platforms.

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and explain our services like Web Development, SEO, Branding, and
  • Digital Marketing in a compelling way.
    Actively participate in planning and strategizing marketing campaigns, outreach ideas, and lead generation methods.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions for prospects.
    Maintain good communication with clients throughout the sales cycle from the first point of contact to deal closure.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
RESPONSIBILITY

Lead Generation:

Identify and gather leads through emails, online research, and platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and classified sites.

Client Communication:

Contact and follow up with leads, pitch services, and handle objections to move them forward in the sales funnel.

Market Research:

Keep track of industry trends and competition to identify fresh opportunities and potential challenges.

Sales Planning:

Create and implement sales strategies for revenue growth and client retention.

Proposal Building:

Work with the operations team to develop tailored solutions and quotes that meet the clients needs.

Reporting:

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status; provide regular updates to the management.

Goal-oriented:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
QUALIFICATION
  • Any U.G. or P.G. degree with passion to thrive and learn new skills.
  • Good communication skills, creative thinking, and a flair for storytelling.
  • A strong passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks is a big plus.
