Role Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Business Development Executive who will focus on generating qualified leads and opportunities for our B2B SaaS, IT Consulting, and Software Development clients across the US and India regions. The role involves identifying target accounts, researching prospects, and initiating outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calling to generate interest and meetings for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads within SaaS, IT Consulting, and Software Development domains.
- Build and manage prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
- Craft personalized outreach messages, calling pitches and email sequences to engage target accounts.
- Route qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and closure.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on target markets and lead criteria.
- Work flexible hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, cold emailing, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about technology and business growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
