As a Business Development Executive at Qikberry Technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through the following key responsibilities: - **Sales Target Achievement:** - Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue. - Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers. - Provide timely and effective solutions to address client queries and concerns. - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight Qikberry's offerings. - **Market Research:** - Identify potential markets and customer needs to capitalize on business opportunities. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - **Lead Generation & Follow-ups:** - Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. - Follow up on leads diligently to convert them into loyal customers. - **Reporting & Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and closed deals. - Prepare detailed sales reports regularly to keep management informed. - **Collaboration:** - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. - Provide valuable feedback to the product team for enhancing offerings based on customer feedback. **Qualifications:** - Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the technology or AI/software solutions industry. - Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
