Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold callings. Follow up on leads and convert them into customers. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed. Prepare regular sales reports for management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on client needs.
