Find new business opportunities and customers.
Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services. Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them and try to generate references / new opportunities. Negotiate prices and terms with customers. Set the expectations of the customer and document the same. Prepare sales activities and keep track of sales activities. Work with other team members / departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify prospects by lead generation through Cold Calling, WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail campaign and reference from existing customers, New Customers etc. Coordinate with pre-sales resources to fix appointments for demos. Show product/solutions demos by using the appropriate tools & send quotations. Identify Business needs of the prospect & show how they can be fulfilled in the product demo. Creating of Sales PPT, Timely updation of leads in sales portal.
2+ years inside sales experience (incoming as well as outgoing). Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manners. Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Knowledge of software s a plus. Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred. Experience in Lead Generation. Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Independence
