Advise clients on market conditions, prices, Loans and related matters. Served as Property Consultant for Residential Projects: marketed properties for new tenants; conducted regular property inspections. 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 3.
