Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role focuses on engaging potential clients, converting inquiries into leads, coordinating property inspections, and ensuring exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound Calls:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
• Provide clear explanations of our services, values, and offerings.

Engage with Property Owners:

• Understand client requirements and expectations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture relationships.

Coordinate Property Inspections:

• Work with field teams to schedule property inspections efficiently.
• Ensure seamless communication between property owners and field teams.

Face-to-Face Interactions:

• Meet property owners at the office when required to discuss needs and resolve concerns.
• Represent the company professionally and build client trust.

Convert Customers into Leads:

• Identify potential opportunities from interactions and convert them into actionable leads.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth handovers and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in face-to-face interactions and negotiations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage schedules and follow-ups efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month.
