Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and promote our software solutions. This role involves direct client engagement, strategy execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospects via calls/emails and follow up on leads
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant software solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and coordinate demos
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
• Analyse trends, competitor data, and report performance
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and events when needed

Qualifications:

• MBA / B.Tech / B.E / BBA
• 14 years of experience in software/concept selling or client relationship roles

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and analytical
• Innovative mindset and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
