What We Are Looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 6 Months - 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Negotiation: Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to secure new contracts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
