Job Overview:

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (Odoo) with an MBA background to join our ERP (Odoo) sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients (onsite/field visits), and promoting ERP solutions in industrial and business hubs like Asansol, Durgapur, Jharkhand, and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to industrial and commercial areas (Asansol, Durgapur, Bardhaman, Jharkhand, etc.) for lead generation.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations and product demos to prospects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution alignment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned territories.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, meeting notes, and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing / Sales / IT Management or equivalent (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest or basic knowledge in ERP software (Odoo preferred).
• Field sales experience or industrial area exposure is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel.
• Knowledge of local industrial areas in West Bengal & Jharkhand is highly desirable.
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred but not mandatory).
