Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Female Business Development Executive with 35 years of experience in IT sales. The candidate should be strong in lead generation, client acquisition, and and prospective business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research and other platforms including cold-calling and e-mailing.
  • Understand client requirement for Web Development, App Development, Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos and presentations with potential clients.
  • Handle the full Sales Cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and update CRM with accurate lead data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales (IT sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead-generation platforms.
