Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Pitch iThink Logistics offerings to online sellers (e.g., D2C brands, marketplace sellers).
  • Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations to onboard new clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on ecommerce trends and competitor activities in the logistics space.

Track all sales activities and generate regular reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 23 years of proven sales experience in the logistics, courier, or ecommerce fulfilment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and seller requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation.
