Quallification :
BE & MBA or Minimum 5 years experience in sales or telesalesA drive to seek new businessExcellent telephone skillsStrong verbal and written communicationStrong organisational skillsAbility to write reports.

JD: Responsibilities:
Market Research and Prospecting:Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.Build a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets and revenue goals.Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.Collaborate with clients to understand their feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.Sales and Revenue Generation:Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities in a timely manner, driving the sales process from initial contact to closure.Market Expansion and Business Growth:Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business growth in the assigned territory.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and product enhancements to support sales efforts.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts using CRM software.Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analysis on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for management review.Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales effectiveness, efficiency, and customer engagement.
