Job Title: Sales Manager, Travel

Location: Patna ,Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Varansi ,Kaimur

Paschimi singbum and Dhanbad

Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager (Travel) you will be responsible for onboarding new retail partners to our platform and driving

growth within our existing retailer network. You ll play a pivotal role in helping our partners leverage travel services,

improving their offerings, and growing their revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront expansion

into the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Onboard New Retailers:

Actively identify and engage with potential retail partners, demonstrating the benefits and value of travel services

and onboarding them onto the platform.

* Business Development & Growth:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing retail accounts. Work closely with these partners to help

them unlock the full potential of our platform, driving their business growth in the travel sector.

* Sales Strategy & Execution:

Design and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing the adoption of travel services, ensuring that retailers

maximize revenue opportunities.

* Client Training & Support:

Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to retailers, ensuring they understand how to use our platform efficiently

and can offer their customers the best travel-related services.

* Performance Metrics & Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new account acquisition, revenue growth, and other sales targets, reporting

progress to senior management.

* Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure that the needs of retailers are met and the

platforms features are continuously improved to drive growth.

* Proven experience in travel sales.

* Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.

* A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Experience with client onboarding and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Knowledge of the travel industry, including booking platforms, trends, and customers.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
