Business Development Executive - PAN India Hiring

You should have a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc or relevant engineering field with 2-4 years of experience. The job is located in Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabad, and local candidates are preferred for this role. Immediate or 1 month notice period is required. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by discovering, prospecting, and creating new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales and Delivery team to develop and expand relationships with new customers, acting as a Key Account Executive. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises. You will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations, meetings, and demos with growth stage companies and traditional enterprises. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, effectively communicating the value proposition, and differentiating the product from the competition will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing forecasts, negotiating deals, and achieving substantial revenue targets. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in B2B Enterprise sales, enterprise solution sales, and working in a startup environment. Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship building skills are essential. Critical business thinking, high energy, and a disciplined approach are also required.
