Job Description

Responsibilities: Identify, research, and engage with potential clients through lead generation tools, LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, cold calls, and marketing automation platforms. Use CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Create targeted prospect lists and perform email/LinkedIn campaigns to initiate client conversations. Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set up meetings for BD Manager. Support the execution of sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and market penetration. Attend conferences, webinars, and networking events to represent the organization and build connections. Collaborate with BD manager to prepare presentations, business proposals, and client pitches. Assist in nurturing relationships with key clients and providing after-sales support. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategy building. Share insights from prospecting campaigns to optimize targeting and messaging. Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead generation performance and key metrics. Skills Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in a software or IT services company. Strong understanding of s oftware development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, cloud computing, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar. Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
