Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets for outsourcing services
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and present tailored outsourcing solutions
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other business development activities
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution for clients
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software

Key Requirements :

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–2years of experience as a BDE in the outsourcing industry (BPO/KPO preferred)
• Strong understanding of outsourcing services, processes, and market dynamic.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadline.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
