Orion Edutech Study Abroad is a leading overseas education consultancy, providing expert guidance to students seeking international education opportunities. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Southern Region.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to develop and maintain relationships with sub-agents, promote our overseas education services, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the education industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively to sub-agent offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with sub-agents in southern part and surrounding regions

- Promote Orion Edutech Study Abroad's overseas education services to sub-agents and their students

- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into successful partnerships

- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for sub-agents and their staff

- Provide excellent customer service to sub-agents and their students

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets

- Travel extensively to sub-agent offices, universities, and education fairs (approx. 20 days per month)

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education)

- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the education industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel extensively and work independently

- Strong network in the education industry, particularly in Hyderabad, Kochi, Thrissur and surrounding regions

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
