Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales - No Cold Calling) Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: Are you a sales professional who loves closing deals but hates hunting for numbers? At Orange Fabrication, we do things differently. We provide you with verified leads of companies participating in upcoming trade shows. Your job is to call them, consult on their stall requirements, and close the deal.

We are a 15-year-old Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication company looking for a smart, fluent, and aggressive sales executive to join our Coimbatore team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Warm Leads: Contact potential clients from the list provided by the company (No self-sourcing of data required).
• Consultative Sales: Understand the client’s exhibition needs (stall size, budget, design preference) and explain our Custom and Octanorm solutions.
• Coordinate: Work with our internal design team to generate 3D designs and cost estimates for the client.
• Follow Up: Maintain consistent communication with clients via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp to answer queries and negotiate pricing.
• Close Deals: Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and hand over the project to the operations team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Sales, Tele-calling, or Business Development.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
• Skills: Strong follow-up skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Tech: Basic knowledge of Excel and Email drafting.
