Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Make outbound calls, emails, and presentations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking sheets regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate and handle client objections confidently.
Basic understanding of sales processes and business development.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
