Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking sheets regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and handle client objections confidently.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and business development.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
