Role Overview:
Join our growing team at Norisys as a Business Development Executive! We're looking for motivated individuals with 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably from the electrical, hardware, or building materials industry.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Build relationships with dealers, contractors, and consultants
✅ Promote Norisys products across your region
✅ Achieve sales targets and grow market presence
✅ Travel within your territory and manage client accounts
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering
🔹 Excellent communication in Malayalam & English
🔹 Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Willingness to travel across assigned districts
