Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, developing business strategies, and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools
