Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Create and implement effective sales strategies and processes to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Generation:

    Develop and execute strategies for lead sourcing, including cold calling, cold emailing, and attending industry conferences.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and report on progress.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with architectural firms and decision-makers.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting:

    Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
  • Identification and qualification of leads:

    understanding potential customers and uploading them to Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, particularly in remote service sales to the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling engineering or technical services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the architectural industry and its needs.
