Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies and processes to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies for lead sourcing, including cold calling, cold emailing, and attending industry conferences.
Pipeline Management:
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and report on progress.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with architectural firms and decision-makers.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Identification and qualification of leads:
understanding potential customers and uploading them to Salesforce.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, particularly in remote service sales to the U.S. market.
Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and strategies.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is mandatory.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in selling engineering or technical services is a plus.
Familiarity with the architectural industry and its needs.
