Business Development Executive (Field Sales) About Us: Apnatime Tech Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading SMB hiring platform. In just 18 months, we became the market leader and are now expanding rapidly. Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to acquire SMB customers, generate leads, and close long-term deals through field sales. Responsibilities: • Conduct 20 cold-call meetings daily with HRs/decision-makers • Log all meetings in CRM (only logged meetings will be counted) • Achieve monthly closure targets: 20 (Month 1), 40 (Month 2), 50 (Month 3 onwards) • Attend daily team stand-ups Requirements: • Graduate or higher • Minimum 1 year of sales experience • Basic English communication skills • Strong in SMB/B2B sales, cold calling & negotiation • Must have bike & valid driving license Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 • Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 + Travel Expenses • ₹5 Lakh Medical Insurance • Employee-friendly policies Join us and be part of India’s fastest-growing SMB hiring platform!
