Business Development Executive (Modern Trade)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and manage relationships with LFR clients, retail chains, and FMCG partners to meet and exceed sales target
• Identify, strategize, and capitalize on new business opportunities within retail and FMCG channels to expand market reach.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using insights to refine sales strategies.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting product features, benefits, and alignment with client needs.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet targets, preparing reports for management on key metrics and opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service, order fulfillment, and product distribution, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 02 to 03 years in a sales role, with proven success in LFR, retail chain management, and the FMCG industry (cosmetics experience preferred).
• In-depth understanding of LFR and FMCG sales principles, with a strong grasp of client relationship management (CRM) strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and build rapport with clients.
• Candidate should be comfortable for travel for business purpose
