About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced Direct Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in IT and CRM software. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads to initiate contact and qualify potential clients
• Understand and analyze customer needs, challenges, and business processes
• Present tailored product demonstrations of our CRM solution based on client requirements
• Prepare customized quotations and negotiate terms to close deals successfully
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction

• Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
