1)Identifying, evaluating potential clients and generate new clients for testing lab business.
2) Contacting clients through TCs, emails and personal meetings.
3)Establishing and maintaining client relationships.

5)Sending quotations/Proposals to the clients, negotiating with clients.
6)Providing report to Management on BD plan.
7)Taking regular customer feedback and prepare customer satisfaction report.
