About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our partnerships, organizing impactful medical activities, and managing our social media presence. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to diverse projects within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. MOU Drafting & Partnership Development: 0. Assist in drafting and reviewing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with hospitals and strategic partners. 0. Coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure all agreements meet organizational standards. 2. Event Planning & Execution: 0. Support the organization of medical camps, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and other healthcare activities. 0. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events. 3. Social Media Management: 0. Manage and grow the organization’s different country specific Facebook pages 0. Develop engaging content strategies to promote activities, partnerships, and brand visibility. 0. Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns. 4. Daily Operational Support: 0. Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks and administrative activities. 0. Provide timely updates and reports on business development activities. 5. Partner Liaison: 0. Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare partners. 0. Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and collaborations. 6. Project Management: 0. Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm in taking on new projects as per organizational needs. 0. Ensure timely delivery and execution of assigned projects. 7. Travel Readiness: 0. Willingness to travel as required for meetings, events, and partnership development activities. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector. 3.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong organizational and project management abilities. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media tools. 7.
