We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth in our Gynaecology Surgical Implants portfolio. The role involves field sales, hospital engagement, and hands-on support to surgeons and medical teams within the assigned territory.
Promote gynae surgical implant products in government and private hospitals
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Generate new leads and expand territorial market reach
Conduct product demos, presentations, and surgical case support
Assist with marketing and medical education programs
Coordinate orders and ensure product availability
Deliver post-sales support and customer service
Maintain sales reports and market data
6 months -3 years experience in medical/surgical sales
Graduate (Science/Pharma/Nursing/Biomedical preferred)
Age up to 28 years
Female candidates preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and work independently
Fast learner with field readiness
Basic computer knowledge for reporting
