Business Development Executive
MCS is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding the companys client base, and driving revenue growth. Business Development Executive involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  2. Analyze market data and industry trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  3. Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  4. Create and maintain a database of qualified leads.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  6. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
  10. Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management.
  11. Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in alignment with the companys objectives.
  12. Monitor progress toward sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelors degree or Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven experience of 1-2 years in business development, sales.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
