Business Development Executive / Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Experience candidates (BBA, BSc, or related fields) to join our team as Business Development Executive /Manager (Field). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and want to kickstart their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers or clients
• 2. Learn and present company products/services to prospects in a clear and professional manner
• 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business
• 4. upport the sales team in reaching regional targets and objectives
• 5. Participate in promotional and marketing activities as required
• 6. Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions
• 7. Gather market and customer information and report trends and insights

• Requirements:

• 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Science (BSc), or any related field
• 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 3. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of sales
• 4. Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings
• 5. Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)

Preferred (but not required):

• 1. Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• 2. Knowledge of local market dynamics or customer behavior
• 3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools or CRM software
• 4. HINDI & TAML language must have
